At Kalliope Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and gift box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
